2. The Fertility Diet

The Fertility Diet began as research from Nurses’ Health Study which dates back as far as 1976. The diet plan was based on the Nurses’ study which revealed that women who ate whole grains, plant protein, and ‘good’ fats were able to improve their egg supply while those who consumed refined carbohydrates, ‘bad’ fats, and red meat produced fewer eggs. This resulted in an increase in the risk of ovulatory infertility.
